A variety of hard drive and disk management and protection tools.
Drive-Thru is a simple drive management utility which can enable and disable various features of hard drives.
The user interface of Drive-Thru is pretty basic, featuring a vertical tabbed interface providing access to the main functions of the app. Its features are organized in to Drive Security, Drive Substitution, CD/DVD Tools, Drive Configuration and Other.
All of these tools in Drive-Thru are made available through Microsoft Windows APIs. It can hide and unhide drives, lock access to drives and enable and disable autorun features for connected media.
The CD/DVD section isn't very packed with features and currently only allows you to mount ISO images as drives or burn images to a disc using Windows' own CD burning application.
The drive configuration section of Drive-Thru provides more options including modifying drive information, viewing available space and assign drive letters. Write protection options can also be modified.
Overall, Drive-Thru seems like it's a work-in-progress but does offer quick access to some features of Windows drive management via Windows APIs that otherwise aren't available in the Control Panel.
Of course, using advanced features here should be done with a lot of caution, especially if the user is a novice.
